Essential Oils to Help You Stay Positive

Young Living Essential Oils for Positivity

Let’s be real. I struggle with being positive on a daily basis… while some days are better than others, I think my bout with depression lingers sometimes. Despite all the awesome things I have to be thankful for and positive about, there are days I need an extra boost. I’ve found all types of uses for essential oil products and this is why I use them on a daily basis. These products are a daily requirement in our life (just like brushing your teeth!)

Citrus Fresh Essential Oil Blend

Not only does the smell of citrus help our immune systems, but it also uplifts us out of funks and leaves a sense of peace and calm. Citrus Fresh includes essential oils from Orange, Mandarin, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Lemon, and Spearmint. Diffuse this essential oil first thing in the morning to bring about a positive attitude and increase your creativity.

En-R-Gee Essential Oil Blend

On days when you need to be mentally on top of your game, use En-R-Gee blend from Young Living. Add 2-4 drops to two tablespoons of carrier oil like coconut or jojoba. Then apply this essential oil to the bottom of your feet and your inner wrists. It boosts your energy and gets you ready to rock your day.

Frankincense Essential Oil

Frankincense has been used for centuries and is best known for its ability to help overcome stress and depression. It’s perfect for aromatherapy. On those days when you need a bit of help finding the positivity, use Frankincense Essential Oil. Breathe it in deeply straight from the bottle to settle your mind down, lift your spirits, and leave a feeling of calmness and protectiveness. Be letting go of stress by smelling in the healing properties of Frankincense, you can let positivity take the place of those negative emotions.
