This Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo might seem a little silly to cook in the slow cooker– but in the summer heat, this is perfect for the slow cooker! 😉 This was a favorite with my kiddos– we added broccoli and the kids gobbled it up!
Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo
Recipe Type: Dinner
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 3 hours
Total time: 3 hours 5 mins
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (you can use thighs also)
- 2 Jars Alfredo Sauce (16 oz)
- 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli
- 1 bag pasta
Instructions
- To Freeze: Mix all ingredients into large gallon size freezer bag ( I cut my chicken into strips before freezing) freeze,
- To Cook: Put entire bag into slow cooker and cook on high for 3.5 hours. Cook pasta according to package and add pasta to slow cooker, mix and serve.
