Slow Cooker Buffalo and Ranch Chicken Pasta (no-cook freezer meal)

Love the taste of buffalo chicken but don’t want to slave over the fryer? My kids are a big fan of buffalo wings–sometimes I even wonder where they get their spicy tastes from! This is a great slow cooker freezer meal that gives you the mild taste of buffalo (while not being too hot in their day), lots of cheese and veggies to boot.

Slow Cooker Buffalo and Ranch Chicken Pasta (no-cook freezer meal)

Freezer Meal Serves: 6

Ingredients for Recipe:

  • 3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 3-4 Celery sticks
  • 1 Can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 10 oz plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 1/2 Cup Shredded White cheddar cheese
  • 1 package penne pasta (or your choice)

Instructions Recipe:

  1. To freeze:
  2. Put chicken, garlic powder, celery, onion and buffalo sauce in freezer bag
  3. To Cook:
  4. Place frozen chicken mixture into slow cooker
  5. Add soups
  6. Cook on low 5 hours
  7. Shred chicken and boil pasta
  8. While pasta is cooking add sour cream, yogurt, ranch and cheese to slow cooker. let sit for 30 minutes
  9. Mix in the freeze meal pasta and serve!
