Simple Balsamic Chicken Recipe & Zaycon Foods Review

A great healthy option for dinner. I love balsamic. Here is a great Simple Balsamic Chicken recipe that wont take too much time to cook:

  • 2 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup red wine (if you do not have red wine, substitute this for 1 extra cup on Balsamic)
  • Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
  • Corn Starch

  1. Mix together all ingredients, boil and simmer until reduced to 1 cup
  2. Coat Chicken in Cornstarch, Pan Fry until Golden Brown. Set Oven to medium heat of about 350, bake chicken for 5 minutes. Apply Glaze. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Apply Glaze every 10 minutes until 20 minutes is up. Then serve the meal

Drizzle Olive Oil on Chicken. Enjoy!

I was given the opportunity to try the Zaycon Natural Chicken Breast. I was excited to see what the hype around all natural chicken breasts was. The package stayed true to 40 lbs per box, I loved how it was separated into four different packages–so it made it easy to split with a couple of friends if I chose.

We made a great balsamic Chicken Recipe. The chicken Breast were definitely high quality and they were just the perfect size. At $1.89 per pound the price is excellent!

Zaycon offers 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients and comes directly from the processor and has never been frozen! I love the fresh taste that Zaycon offers as well. Enjoy!

  1. I have purchased from Zaycon 2 times now and they surpassed my expectations! I would recommend this to everyone.

  2. Zaycon’s chicken is amazing! *** just be prepared to spend a bit of time doing trimming and packaging when you get it home – it’s TOTALLY worth it!
I also got a box of the ground beef the last month when they were in Temecula – and WOW – this stuff blew me away! 93% lean – this is NOTHING like your regular grocery store ground beef. Cannot praise it enough.
Not only do they have the nicest people ever helping you with you order, but you get a quality product at a fantastic price.

  3. I only wish they came closer to Buena Park…I was one of probably MANY people the influenced their move to CA but so far I have not been able to try their products since there’ve been no locations close enough for me to go…glad to hear it’s worth it though when the time comes that they do come closer to me!

  4. I guess I am the only one who was not thrilled, I took off a ton of fat and skin and ended up with a lot less chicken meat. I complained and showed them pictures of my bags of gross stuff, and they did offer to make up for it.
