1.TCL Chinese Theater:

Hollywood history is evident in this one major location in Los Angeles ever day.  From the beautiful theater itself, to the walk of fame and stars nearby.  This is one of the best free things to do in Los Angeles you can add to your list.

2.Watch a Game Show Taping: 

Tickets are free to be in the audience of many TV shows and Game shows.  Look up the tickets online and get yours in advance for a chance to sit in and watch a live television production.

3.Chinatown:

From observing an amazing unique culture to eating some of the best food you will ever experience, a visit to Chinatown is a must for every tourist in Los Angeles.

4.Griffith Observatory:

Look at the stars with the stars at this amazing observatory that gives you a view of the sky like no other.

5.Hollywood Walk Of Fame:

    The Hammer Museum in Westwood is free to everyone. Also, LACMA has a fantastic program for families – kids get free admission and they get to bring one person for free as well! It’s called NextGen and it’s really easy to sign up there. The family art activities on the weekends are always really great.

    The Huntington (Library, Art & Gardens) is free on the first Thursday of every month.
    The South Coast Botanical Garden is free on the third Tuesday of every month.

    Another good place is Olvera street. Just across from Union Station, close to Chinatown. Lots of Hispanic culture
